Your packages are shipped through SEUR, FedEx, and/or Correos España. Occasionally some other distributor as well.

For orders in mainland Spain, you will receive your order between 2 and 6 days after placing it.

If you are in another country in the European Union (EU), you will receive your order between 4 and 8 days after placing it.

For our customers outside the European Union, don't worry! You will receive your order between 8 and 12 days after placing it.

We ensure that your purchase arrives quickly and safely at your door, no matter where in the world you are. You can trust us to provide efficient and reliable delivery service.

What carriers are available for my order?

Flexible delivery options for you: Your packages are shipped via SEUR, FedEx, and/or Correos España.

If you prefer, you can also opt for Pickup Point Delivery.

If that is the case, fill in your details as normal and choose a locker point of your choice through this link and let us know by replying to the email that will arrive with the purchase confirmation. You can also provide us with the location of any other lockers you wish. Otherwise, we will manually choose the nearest locker point to your location.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and total value of your purchase. We apply official standard rates from carriers so that you always get the best available option.

How should I wash my alpaca products?

We recommend hand washing all our alpaca products with cold water to preserve the softness and durability of the natural fibers. These fibers require little maintenance and do not easily absorb odors.

In the case of textile accessories, you can machine wash them at a maximum of 30 °C. Avoid ironing and tumble drying to keep their quality intact.
